So for about a month now, i’ve been running twice a week at my gym. i really really like it. I feel like im getting to expend some energy, and i’ve actually gained a couple pounds of pure, rock solid muscle. Watch out now! Don’t even think about fighting me cuz bitch i will RUN.
I’ve been doing 3 miles in half an hour consistently for a few weeks now. My goal up until last night was to run a 7.5 mile, but seeing that i feel like i could die achieving 3 miles in 30 minutes, i might just stick with what i got goin’ right now.
3 miles in 30 minutes sounds awfully good to me. I don’t think I’ve ever done that much in 30 minutes on the Nordictrak I use.

i’m jealous. 3 miles period, in who cares what time, is freakin’ awesome! i can’t ever keep up a regular enough routine to manage one consistent mile.
